he KPD 2K Adhesive Dispensing System is an automatic two-component adhesive solution designed for precise metering, mixing and dispensing of epoxy, PU and other 2K adhesives. The KPD 2K Adhesive Dispensing System is an automatic two-component meter-mix-dispense solution designed for accurate A/B adhesive metering, uniform mixing and precise dispensing. It is suitable for epoxy, PU and other 2K adhesives, supporting applications such as electronic potting, LED driver encapsulation, transformer potting, sensors, power modules, automotive components and new-energy products.

Product Introduction

The 2K Adhesive Dispensing System integrates adhesive storage, precision metering, two-component mixing and automatic dispensing into one complete solution. The A and B materials are supplied separately and accurately metered according to the required mixing ratio before being mixed and dispensed through the dispensing valve.

With PLC and touchscreen control, the system allows operators to adjust key parameters such as mixing ratio, dispensing volume and dispensing speed. Optional heated tanks, heated hoses, vacuum functions and automatic cleaning systems can be configured according to adhesive characteristics and production requirements.

Our two-component In-line automated vacuum potting system machine is often used in the LED driver, power supply dispensing, with this encapsulated process, the product is heat dissipation, moisture-proof, waterproof, and flame retardant.

EMI, FIP, TIM

EMI and FIP dispensing techniques are widely use in the telecommunication and transportation industries. With the rapid development of communications, electric vehicles, and personal wireless electronic gadgets, these products are often required to connect and interact between each others. However, the signals sometimes interfere with the others, so need to be filtered or shielded. To improve and control the electromagnetic signals, engineers can redesign the entire product, or it can apply EMI shielding materials to filter or shield. Shielding is relatively economical and easy to achieve, it is done basically by adding shielding gasket. Our dispensing machine can directly produce different sizes of triangular shapes or D-shape filtering gaskets, these gaskets can appear in different shapes and is directly applying to the products.
