KPD 2K Polyurethane Resin Potting Dispenser is an automatic metering, mixing and dispensing system designed for two-component polyurethane (PU) resin potting and encapsulation.
The machine independently meters Component A and Component B according to the required mixing ratio, automatically mixes the materials and dispenses the mixed polyurethane resin into the target product.
With precise metering, programmable dispensing parameters and flexible automation options, the 2K meter mix dispensing machine is suitable for electronics, automotive components, sensors, power supplies, transformers and other industrial potting applications.
The KPD 2K Polyurethane Resin Potting Dispenser is designed for manufacturers that require accurate and consistent dispensing of two-component polyurethane resin.
Unlike a single-component dispensing system, a 2K system stores the two polyurethane components separately. The machine accurately meters Component A and Component B according to the required ratio, combines the materials through a mixing system and then dispenses the mixed resin into the product.
