The KPD-600 is a high-precision two-component (2K) epoxy potting machine designed for automated dispensing, mixing, and potting of epoxy, silicone, polyurethane, and other adhesive materials. Equipped with a PLC-controlled system and high-accuracy metering pumps, it ensures consistent and reliable dispensing for medium- to high-volume production.
Ideal for PCB boards, LED modules, sensors, power modules, and other electronic components, the KPD-600 enhances protection against moisture, dust, vibration, and environmental stress, extending the service life of sensitive electronics.
The machine supports adjustable mixing ratios (e.g., 1:1, 2:1 to 10:1 ), static or dynamic mixing, and programmable dispensing paths, with features including automatic cleaning, anti-clogging, and user-friendly touchscreen control. Two-component materials’ encapsulating and casting production are important to enhance electronic products.
