The 2 Part Glue Dispensing Machine is an automated system designed for the precise metering, mixing and dispensing of two-component adhesives.
The machine stores Component A and Component B separately, delivers each component through an independent metering system, and combines them through a mixing valve before dispensing.
Depending on the material and production requirements, the system can be configured for epoxy, polyurethane (PU), silicone and other two-component adhesives.
With programmable automatic movement, the machine can perform precise dot, line, bead, filling, potting and bonding applications.
Independent metering systems control the amount of Component A and Component B.
A/B materials are automatically mixed immediately before dispensing.
